Let’s explore a few reasons why we may be disconnected from our sensory awareness in the first place.


Sensory Muscle

Like any other muscle, it grows the more you use it.

Exercise:

Do this slowly, intentionally, and daily.

  1. Take a shower, spend an extra 10 minutes under the water.

  2. Slowly orient the shower head so it is isolated on one body part.
